Description An ideal way to sharpen your knives on the Proedge, the only difference between the two knife jigs is the size of the holder. The knife jig consists of a back plate, raised wear plate, universal arm and knife holder. The kit comes with a set of full instructions and a video instruction can be seen on Robert Sorby’s YouTube site. The small knife holder is ideal for pocket knives, carving knives and blades up to 8″ long. The larger knife holder is ideal for hunting knives and knives over 8″ long. Both jigs can be adjusted using the collar on the arm to allow for steep and shallow sharpening bevels.
