Description The Crown Detail Gouges are made from M2 High Speed Steel (Rockwell 62/64) cryogenically treated and fitted with a Black stained Ash handle as standard. With their shallow flute, these Detail Gouges are ideal for cutting coves and beads. The shallow flute permits a smoother cut and gives less vibration due to more metal being under the flute.
